6. Booking and Scheduling

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If a customer is not ready on the scheduled installation date, the customer will have up to 48 hours from the cancellation time or scheduled arrival time to reschedule, subject to availability.

If special-order wallpaper or materials were purchased specifically for the customer and are not normally kept in stock, related amounts may be non-refundable.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information, including contact information, project details, measurements, and site access information.

Wallpaper or materials may be supplied by either the customer or the business, depending on the project arrangement.

If the customer provides wallpaper or materials:

• the customer is responsible for ordering the correct quantity

• the customer is responsible for verifying measurements

• the business is not responsible for manufacturer defects, dye lot variations, printing issues, shading differences, shipping damage, or other product-related defects unless caused directly by the business

 

Delays or changes may occur due to wall damage, mold, moisture, uneven surfaces, defective wallpaper, or other site/material issues.

9. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe or other approved payment methods.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the job.

No late fees apply unless separately agreed in writing.

10. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of service completion.

Refunds, if any, are issued at the sole discretion of A Cut Above Pros Wall Covering, LLC after review of the project, scope of work, and any claimed issue.

Amounts paid for special-order materials, custom products, or non-stock items may be non-refundable.

11. Workmanship Warranty

A Cut Above Pros Wall Covering, LLC offers a 6-month workmanship warranty from the date of completed installation.

This warranty applies only to installation workmanship performed by the business and does not cover:

• manufacturer or product defects

• wallpaper failure caused by defective materials

• damage caused by moisture, leaks, mold, humidity, building movement, wall failure, abuse, cleaning methods, or third-party work

• fading, color shifts, texture variations, or appearance differences

• customer-supplied measurement errors or material shortages

 

Any warranty claim must be submitted within the warranty period.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Cut Above Pros Wall Covering, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• delays in scheduling or service

• pre-existing wall conditions

• customer-supplied materials

• manufacturer defects
